2 foods you thought were healthy but actually are not

I consider the path into being really healthy a long journey. Why? Because there are clearly hits and misses along the way to getting healthy. I honestly consider this to be normal.

The problem is when you identify you are doing something wrong and actually do not do anything to fix it so, since I want you to actually fix the issues you may find along the path to getting healthy, I want to show you which are some of the foods that are actually sabotaging you instead of making you healthier.

Some foods may actually deceit you into thinking they are healthy when they actually aren’t and here is where I want to help you in sorting out the good from the bad and actually make choices that are truly helping your health instead of harming it.

Avoid all those low fat foods at all costs!

You may think that just because you are buying something that is low fat you are actually avoiding getting fat at all right? Well, think again because you might be achieving the opposite thing.

Think about it, you might be getting a product that is indeed fat free as they are advertised but, the problem is that food cannot be tasteless because otherwise, people will probably not get it so, people that make these products need to find a way to make their food taste better. This is done by adding a bunch of stuff to compensate and one of them is sugar!

Fruit Juice

You might think you are doing everything right by eating fruits and veggies at all times but, there is something you need to watch out when it comes to fruits.

If you are actually thinking of making all those juice fruits, unless they are sugar free, you are actually sabotaging your healthy eating routine.

So, I am not saying you should avoid fruits but, you definitely need to eat them smartly.
