Green tea is not only beneficial for the skin but it also promotes weight loss and prevents heart disease. By drinking green tea at least 3 times a day should be more than enough for the body and for the skin to absorb its nutrients.
- Retinol: retinol has been shown to improve or diminish rosacea as well as treating moderate to even severe acne, the best part is that it also helps fade acne scars or brown spots, it is also an anti-inflammatory, treats psoriasis, etc.
