I wasn’t always interested on eating healthier foods. When I was younger, I used to eat anything that got in my way without caring if it will affect me or not. Eventually, it did. Pretty badly actually. I ended up getting irritable bowel syndrome. It was incredibly annoying and the doctor told me that it was best for me to start eating healthier and consider exercising a bit. I didn’t really like this idea but I knew I had to change. After a few months I’ve became almost obsessed with eating healthier and exercising.
It’s now been a year since I decided to change my lifestyle and I don’t regret a single thing. I also started learning to cook the most amazing dishes ever. Who knew healthy and burger could be in the same sentence? I was so surprised when I learned about this amazing dish. The first time I made it, it came out horribly as I’m still a newbie when it comes to cooking but by the second attempt it came out amazing.
