How do I know if I am dehydrated? Here are some signs you need to look for!

There are some signs that are clearly seen by anyone when it comes to our body. We need to learn to listen to our bodies in order for us to take all the necessary steps if there is anything wrong with our body!

Now, I can understand that sometimes, we are too full handling all the curve balls that life throws at us and we can sometimes overlook stuff that are wrong with our body.

But, we need to start hearing and seeing the signs our body gives us to prevent any disease we may have from getting worse and if you also want to save a bit of money, treating any issues your health may have ahead of time will definitely guarantee this.

If you start feeling a bit light headed, then…

You are probably and most likely dehydrated. This is one of the clearest ways our body talks to us. Why? You cannot just overlook feeling dizzy and keep going with your life like nothing happened.

So, if you start feeling light headed a lot, and you already had breakfast for example, this might be a sign your water intake is not where it should be.

Your urine is really yellow

Ok even though urine is supposed to be yellow, there is a limit as to how yellow it should be. If you go to the bathroom and start to notice your urine is getting darker and darker by the passing days, you are probably dehydrated as usually the color of urine should be like a light yellow.

Your mouth feels as dry as ever

This one is kind of obvious. I mean if you are not getting enough water, how do you expect your mouth to feel the way it should which is wet? All jokes aside, truly, if you mouth feels this way, then you are probably once again, not getting enough water.

Usually doctors recommend that our water intake is around 8 glasses of water per day and remember, do not over do it because this can affect you as well.
