- If you get mad over the fact that there is coffee with sugar in the office rather than sugar free coffee and you make a big deal about it, you may be affected by stress

- If your blood pressure that probably is already high, just goes over the roof whenever you are faced with hard situations that stress you out. This is definitely affecting your heart.
